Hey guys,
So it's gonna be the weekend again! Even though only abt 2 weeks of school have started, i would like to admit that i am REALLY tired.. As in.. I feel like i've been having 2 months of school already. The homework is already starting to pile in like MAD and there's still revision to do. I already feel like i've ran a marathon or something.. -_-ll.. I know i know..Everytime i start a blogpost it's always got to do with complaining abt sth school-related, but i can't help it.. I mean.. my life does revolve around school you know!
It's probably kinda scary to imagine it but actually abt a year and a half from now we'd actually already be in university and believe it or not... I really can't believe that i'm turning 18 this year... I mean i really feel like i'm only 15. Seriously.
Anyway, today was quite a gd day.. School ended at 1.50 and i headed over to meet my relatives for lunch 'cos my cousin's leaving on the 13th.... And my cousin has a new dog and OMG her dog is the cutest thing ever!! I'm not sure what dog is it but i think it's something like a maltese. Apparently it's only 4 months old but i thought it was already an adult dog 'cos it's so big. Apparently they only grow a littler bigger as they grow older but their fur grows longer and fluffier =).Btw, the puppy's name is Fluffy and it is SUCH a darling!
I talked quite abit with my cousin today and i realized that i have two things on my agenda this year.
1. Get my academics down FLAT
2. Get my cca down FLAT ( which means just trying my best i suppose)
Honestly, that's all that matters to me now. At this point of time i really can't be/don't want to be bothered by things like friendship/social problems.. In this world, you can't expect everyone to like you. If you want everyone to like you, you're a freak 'cos it'll never happen.. There's always bound to be someone in this world that won't like you. Last time i might use to be extremely bothered about it but now i'll just live with it. Seriously, i have so many other better things to do then care abt this anymore.
Maybe when i was in J1 i cared alot abt friendships abt social issues etc. But that's 'cos i was a j1 and i just had to find my place in this college. Now that i've MORE or LESS settled down, i refuse to think abt these problems anymore. When i first entered college i had these high hopes about various things that was dashed one by one... What's left standing is what's on the agenda and i like it that way.. I told my cousin that when i leave the college, i doubt that i'll be emotionally attatched to it like i was to MG. It's partly 'cos i was only in this school for 2 years and partly also 'cos SOME of my worst memories were actually relived here. I'm sure i'll miss some things though, it always happens.
Anyway, i've got choir tommorrow and i hope it goes fine 'cos i wasn't arnd for Sat's rehearsal and they did 2 new scores.. Sigh. Sometimes i really wish that i cld have the Saturday free like i used to last time. The most BASIC homework that i have to finish by the end of this week are 2 lit essays and one international history tutorial. This is EXCLUDING all homework that has been set THIS week as well as revision and reading of notes/packages.
Seriously i think i'm gonna die this week again.
